Today I:
- Steam cleaned my bedroom carpets. (note to self. Do not purchase contractor grade white carpet if given the option again!)
- made a special marinade and got the wings ready for Paul to grill.... yumm-0!
- Started making stacks of clothing to pack and not wear this week.
- knit a sleeve! YAY!!!
- fixed the dog bed. (think massive mound of stuffing.......sigh.... another one bites the dust! Boy that was a flashback to the 80's)
- made cheat sheets to print and laminate......spanish..... you know what they say about old dogs.
- Made more lists.......
You dont even want to see the list for the week.
I just have to tell you after all the waiting.
The ups and downs........
Its a beautiful wonderful thing to have a list such as this!
Under His wings,
Anna
PS.If you are wondering about the title of my blog.......
there are an estimated 147 million orphans...........
Sometime in July it will be 147 million minus one.
You've been busy! You'll be busier!! I can't wait to read that you've come back with "your orphan"...because she will no longer BE an orphan :) My prayers go with you, as well as God's Blessings. Take care & don't forget to breathe! (PS--YAY for knitting a sleeve!)
ReplyDeleteWow...I got to be your first follower on the new blog. I LOVE the new title. When we were fundraising for our youngest, we titled our account "One less Orphan"...similar idea. Hoping your "to do" list for the week is conquered. I can only imagine. Praying for you.
ReplyDeleteSO EXCITED FOR YOU! Praying that God will be in all the details and allow you to just fly through all of your to-do lists! :) God bless!
ReplyDeleteHow exciting your lists are getting ready for your sweet baby girl!!!!! :) LOVE IT!
ReplyDeleteI am SOOOOO exited for you Anna! What a blessing to see your prayers come to fruition!!!! I can't wait to meet your precious daughter, Grace. He holds you in the palm of His hand, so go with much confirmation and love my friend.
ReplyDeleteAnna I am so excited for you all. The time is finally here, when you get to go to pick up your daughter, Grace. I knew God would be faithful in the harvest of the seed he planted in you heart with Grace. I always shared with you that she would soon be home in Pace when it was in God's time. It is now that time!!! You are all in my prayers for a safe journey and the transition of Grace coming home with you. It is so exciting going through this process with you and now reading your blog. Go in God's peace and love and may his love be with you as you pass it on to Grace. I can't wait to meet your special little girl. God has placed her with the perfect family and a precious momma you will be to her. I share in your joy!!! Love you all!!! Sherry Smith
