One is though nothing is a miracle.
This was the way my 5 hour mommy time ended on Saturday.
The other is as though everything is a miracle."
-Albert Einstein
This was the way my 5 hour mommy time ended on Saturday.
It was a day
to wander the aisles of the hobby store,
enjoy a handwritten letter
from someone I love
knitting group
drink a Dr Pepper with the good kind of ice to chew.....
knit on my sock
laugh with other women
touch and snuggle some yarn.
supper at our local Mexican restaurant.......
I am so thankful for my new little art journal,
a place where I can paint things that have touched me,
God things that leave their mark on my heart.
Silencing the inner critic one day at a time......
I remain
Under His wings,
Anna
So beautiful, Anna! Are you painting on the pages of an old book? Looking forward to seeing more, and to see whatever changes you're working on for your blog. It's hard work, isn't it? :)
ReplyDeleteI love to wander the aisles of the hobby store too...haven't found one here yet but it's on the agenda of things to do now that I have a car. yay! :)
And you are so welcome to link up any "storytelling" post on my blog! Thank you for reading, friend! And I hope your back is feeling better.
Love the Einstein quote at the top of this one. So inspiring! I will have to share this with my physicist hubby. :) What a great post full of little miracles.
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful Anna! I love how you placed the words like you did. Wandering hobby lobby... a great day that is! :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful painting! I love how the quote at the bottom goes across the mountains. If I was at all artistic I'd do one like that with a verse. Super cool!
ReplyDeleteLovely, Anna! Life is good.
