Whats in my studio

Im joining up with a great group of ladies
sharing what Ive been painting in my studio this week.
These are two new pages in my "from the heart" art journal.
No inner critic allowed!

I painted this Saturday and Sunday,
this was a sunset I saw
on my way home from a mommy day out on Saturday.

I was inspired to paint this one after reading in my Message;

If God gives such attention to the appearance of wildflowers-
most of which are never seen-
don't you think he'll attend to you,
take pride in you,
do his best for you?

I remain,
Under His wings,
Anna

  6. These are beautiful, Anna! And I love the verse from the Message Bible - so perfect for your painting :)

And I will probably make color copies from my new old books. It just seems wrong to cut up such lovely books!

  10. The daisies are filled with so much love and joy.

I also read your posts about Downs Syndrome. My friend's fourth babe was born with Downs. She's a cute little two year old now, with so much ahead of her. I need to learn sign language so I can communicate with her when she pulls her hearing aides out (which happens alot). Thanks for bringing awareness to this cause.

  11. Love the peace I feel with this piece. God is definitely working this into you in such a multi-faceted way. Sweetly tending to your knitting, prayerfully attending to your mother's heart and giving you lovely visions to sketch.

I am honored to be your paint sister in this place! xo
